For delayed orders:
If the shipment is delayed by 6-14 business days (excluding weekends), you can report the matter to our support email. We will investigate the matter. If shipping insurance was paid, we offer a refund or free reshipment. However, if shipping insurance isn’t paid, rcdsupplements.com is not liable to offer any support.
For lost packages:
If the tracking shows the order as delivered but the customer hasn’t received it, they will need to pay a 15% restocking fee based on the total order– provided that shipping insurance was paid. We do not offer any assistance if shipping insurance is unpaid.
We also request customers check with their local post office to verify if the order is being held for pickup. If not, they can submit a letter from the post office or customs (if they have received one) confirming whether the item was confiscated.
